Jackson does move fast! He is back at Siana Springs camp where he works as a safari guide but he e-mailed me to say that the residents of Oltorotua village are forming a sub-committee to make decisions about well operation and routine maintenance. He wrote:

Jackson e-mailed that he has registered OLTOROTUA COMMUNITY WATER PROJECT with The Ministry of Social Services at Narok. Those elders who are donating land for boreholes sites will now be able to donate land to the registered community group.
