Yesterday the Frederick (MD) Unitarian Universalist Congregation hosted an African Mini-Expo. Ed Rau displayed African rare plants. Mbuyu WaMbuyu, better known as Puma, and treasurer and chief geek Jim Carpenter showed the work Able and Willing does to build schools in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Sandi Smith-Gill displayed and sold Fair Trade items from Africa and Carl and I had a table with Kenyan art work and a poster and slideshow about digging a well for Oltorotua. Here are some photos, with more information and photos to follow later this week.
